Our Journey

The project started in a converted warehouse space where a group of broadcast engineers grew frustrated with existing solutions that promised simplicity but delivered complexity. Stream failures during critical moments. Incompatible encoding formats. Manual configuration nightmares.

We built our first prototype to solve these problems for ourselves. When other production companies started asking to use our system, we realized we had addressed challenges that extended far beyond our own studio walls.

Technical Philosophy

Every decision in our architecture prioritizes fault tolerance over feature abundance. Redundant pathways ensure streams continue even when individual components fail. Adaptive bitrate algorithms adjust to network conditions in real-time rather than waiting for manual intervention.

Our encoding infrastructure processes video through multiple parallel pipelines. If one encounters an error, traffic automatically routes through healthy alternatives while the system self-diagnoses and repairs the affected pathway.

This approach emerged from painful lessons learned during high-stakes broadcasts where single points of failure caused cascading issues. We designed our systems to degrade gracefully under stress rather than collapse entirely.
